They say home remedies are better in treating tinnitus. You can treat your ringing or buzzing ears in a natural way with the use of available ingredients and materials you can find in your kitchen.
Homemade nasal spray
Tinnitus can be caused by nasal problems like blocked nasal passages or excessive fluid in the sinuses. If this is what causes your buzzing ears, instead of using prescription nasal sprays like Fluticasone, you can make your own nasal spray solution:
- Mixing 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of glycerin in a glass of warm water.

You can do these three times a day.

- Take a handful of basil leaves, crush them until it become paste
- Press this paste on a strainer to extract the juice
- Heat the juice until lukewarm,
- Then put 2 to 3 drops of solution in the affected area.
Do it twice a day.

- Slice and crush 1 piece of onion to make a paste
- Press this paste on a strainer to extract the juice

Other home remedies
Aside from that, you can also include plenty of garlic, kelp and sea vegetable, and more pineapple in your diet.
Eat 7-8 pieces of almonds every day and drink 1 glass of warm milk before going to sleep.
